NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

We welcome you to our Virginia Bar-B-Que and invite you to participate.

A limited number of 10’ X 10’ spaces are available free to not-for-profit organizations Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday or any part of a day. Exhibitors must furnish their own extension cords and tables. Electricity

is available for a $5 fee per organization. Please make check payable

to Virginia Bar-B-Que and return with reservation slip below.

Organizations who have participated in the past will be given first preferences as to location. You will be notified by mail of your assigned space.

Not-For-Profit organizations may set up their equipment and booths any

time after 6:00 P. M. on Thursday, June 3, 2010.
