43rd ANNUAL VIRGINIA BAR-B-QUE

JUNE 5, 6 & 7, 2009 FLEA MARKET,

ANTIQUES, ARTS, CRAFTS AND MORE

We welcome you to our Virginia Bar-B-Que and invite you to participate.  The spaces will be approximately 10’ by 10’ and are available at $20.00 per space for Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday or any part of any day.  Exhibitors must furnish their own extension cords and tables.  Electricity is available for a $5.00 per vendor fee.  Please make checks payable to Virginia Bar-B-Que and return with the reservation slip below.  Vendors may begin setting up after 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 5, 2009 .   A Super 8 Motel is located in Beardstown and can be reached at 217/323-5858.  There are also several motels in Jacksonville , Illinois .

If you are interested in reserving a spot, please fill out the contract below and return with full payment by April 17, 2008 .  Upon receipt of reservation and full payment, I will contact you further by mail about placement and any other details.  First replies have first choice.  If you are interested in the same place you had last year, please indicate this on the contract.

No pets will be allowed on the grounds, nor are any UNDESIRABLE items to be sold by vendors.  No silly string or items with a strong odor will be allowed.  KNIVES are not to be uncased.  If you do bring knives you must have them in a locked case and sell only to adults-many are illegal.  We want this to be a safe, family-oriented festival.  Also, there is NO CAMPING allowed on the square.  If compliance with our requests cannot be met, you will be asked to leave.
