Thursday, June 5, 2008

Here's a majority of the Virginia Bar-B-Que
Committee at the final pre-event
meeting of the 2008 Bar-B-Que.  A
few 'bugs' had to be worked out this
year, but it got sorted out.  We had our
fingers crossed for good weather.

Then it was Legends
Entertainment.  Cher
did some up close and
personal singing, and
my advice is don't mess
with the Sister.

As you can see, Elvis and
Rod Stewart were there.
Legends put on
a great show.

It kicked off with a Car Show on
Sunday.

The Barbershop Chorus from
Springfield, IL gave us
great songs with tight harmony.

This was a praise band with a lot
of talent.  The audience
appreciated their performance
big time.
